When I first heard of Optistride, I was skeptical on whether it would help with my foot problems. My left foot in particular has been causing me a lot of pain the past few years and have been looking for a solution for it.
After contacting them, their consultant, Tahir, was able to do a home visit to inspect my feet. He was very helpful throughout it all and in the end, he did a 3D scan of my feet to make the insoles.
On the first day of using the insoles at my job, I noticed the difference immediately. Being on my feet all day, the pain I would usually experience never popped up once. I’ve been using them everyday now for the past month and my feet no longer feel pain.
The insoles have been amazing and Tahir has been very helpful thought the whole process. If anyone else is experiencing pain in their feet, I would highly recommend checking them out.

Fantastic! I can walk again without pain. I suffer badly with plantar fasciitis as I have really high arches. I have been under a foot specialist at the hospital which has improved my pain but not entirely.
Opti-stride were recommended to me by a friend and I arranged an appointment at short notice with Tahir who was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a lot of detail.
Tahir went through some practical stretches and exercises with me and reassured me regarding my concerns.
Tahir provided me with bespoke insoles which I can slot into most of my shoes/trainers and can now walk for long distances without the pain I previously experienced.

I took my 10-year-old daughter to see Tahir of Optistride for a biomechanical consultation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
